Thank you for choosing Potomac Candle. Every order is carefully handcrafted, packed, and shipped with the same attention to detail that goes into creating our home fragrances.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Free Shipping
We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the continental United States.
For orders under $75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Methods
Potomac Candle ships throughout the United States using UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). We select the shipping carrier based on your order's size, weight, destination, and the most efficient delivery option.
Estimated Delivery
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Potomac Candle is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely.
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
